Our method

The repetitive work runs on its own. The rest we work out together

Our tooling covers the part that repeats on every project. What matters to your business, what the numbers say and what you decide next — we work out together, against your objectives. That is why first results arrive in 2–4 weeks rather than in months.

The automated part

What the tooling does

Six things that, done by hand, would consume the first two weeks of any project.

01 Reads the database structure

Tables, columns, types, relations and volumes. By the end of that step there is a map of what you have, not an assumption about what you should have.

02 Profiles the quality

Field completeness, duplicates, values outside the pattern, inconsistencies between sources. What comes out becomes the list of things to fix.

03 Drafts the set of indicators

Starting from what actually exists in the data, not from a generic list. The draft is where the conversation starts, not where it ends.

04 Trains the prediction models

On your own history, not on a generic set. The AI tooling runs on our servers in Romania, so your data never leaves the European space.

05 Scans for personal data

Identifies and classifies personal data across databases and files, for the catalog and for the retention policies.

06 Runs again on every refresh

The same checks, the same thresholds, automatically. The difference from a one-off audit is that the second month looks as good as the first.

The human part

What we do

Four things no tool does, and which decide whether the project is useful or merely correct.

01 We decide what matters

A tool can propose fifty indicators. Which of them changes a decision you personally take this month is a conversation — and it is the first one.

02 We validate what came out

A correct calculation on a wrong definition produces a wrong number, with no error anywhere. Catching that takes understanding the business, not just the data.

03 We interpret

The same margin means one thing for a distributor and another for a services firm. The number does not say which case is yours; we ask until it is clear.

04 We recommend

A report that does not lead to a concrete decision is worthless. At the end we say what we would do and why, with the risks in plain sight.

What it means for you

Three consequences, not three promises

All of them follow from the same thing: repetitive effort is predictable, so it can be planned and quoted.

01 First results in 2–4 weeks

Not because we work faster, but because the first two weeks of a conventional project — inventory, profiling, a first cut of the indicators — are already done by the time the conversation starts.

02 A fixed price, not an hourly rate

A fixed price is only possible when the effort is predictable. The automated part is the same on every project; what varies is the conversation, and that is bounded.

03 The same process at the tenth client as at the first

The checks do not depend on who runs them or on how busy the week is. What changes from one project to the next is the interpretation, not the rigour.

Next step

A 30-minute conversation, no strings attached

Tell us which decision you want to make better. We’ll tell you whether we can help, and how, concretely.
